Baltimore, MD – September 20, 2024 – Dobbs Defense Solutions LLC (D2S) is proud to announce its selection as an awardee in the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of Professional Services and Human Capital (PSHC) Categories OASIS+ multiple award contract. Recognized under both the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) categories, Dobbs Defense Solutions will provide services in domains including Management & Advisory, Technical & Engineering, and Logistics Services.
OASIS+ provides federal agencies with an efficient way to acquire services in areas such as program management, logistics, engineering, and financial management through a centralized contract mechanism. By awarding contracts to pre-qualified companies like Dobbs Defense Solutions, OASIS+ allows federal buyers to access high-quality professional services without the need for separate, lengthy procurement processes. GSA’s Acting Commissioner Tom Howder noted, “OASIS+ is driving small business involvement in critical government projects.” As a best-in-class contract process, OASIS+ will provide federal agencies with access to qualified contractors over the next decade.
This recognition positions Dobbs Defense Solutions among a select group of businesses driving excellence in government contracting. Awardees will begin a five-year base performance period, with potential for an additional five-year extension, upon formal contract issuance, expected by September 30, 2024.
